What is included in my cleaning?
We agree on a cleaning plan for each job. Homes, Airbnb turnovers, and commercial spaces have different needs. Laundry, dishes, linens, appliances, windows, carpets, and trash hauling can be discussed when we prepare your quote. Additional work can increase the total cost.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
We supply the cleaning products. Tell us before booking about any product preferences or surfaces that need special care so we can discuss your needs.
What if I have pets?
Please mention your pets when requesting a quote. An additional charge applies to homes with pets; we’ll discuss the amount with you before booking.
What if I need to cancel?
A cancellation fee applies. Please ask about the fee and cancellation terms before booking, and contact us as soon as your plans change.
Can I ask for references?
Yes. We have cleaning experience and references available on request. Call or text us to learn more.
How do I report something that was missed?
Please text or email us immediately with your cleaning date, details of the missed item, and a photo if helpful.
